This website (“Site”) is operated by TapTools, LLC (“TapTools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as part of a funded engagement with the Cardano Builder DAO. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
This Site was developed by TapTools, as part of a funded engagement with the Cardano Builder DAO. Its primary purpose is to present a unified dashboard displaying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) submitted by individual projects as part of their DAO funding applications. The Site aggregates self-reported KPIs and supporting data from participating projects to improve transparency, accountability, and ecosystem visibility. It serves as a public resource for the Cardano Builder DAO and the broader Cardano community to track and evaluate project outcomes over time. All information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. TapTools does not independently verify the accuracy of submitted data.

The Site is hosted on Vercel, a third-party web hosting and deployment provider. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or otherwise, even if TapTools has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, and shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You and TapTools agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. This arbitration clause shall survive termination of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
TapTools reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
